"Clean, friendly reception & good location if you are going Ada. Great looking hotel with functional downsides. The flooring, doors & lobby area restaurant are quite loud unfortunately. Seemed to be no soundproofing between rooms. Earplugs may be helpful. Only slow EV chargers so pack your patience & plan accordingly for those who need that."

"The DW was still running when I entered the room. WiFi was extremely poor and intermittent at best. Towels were hard/rough. TV was of poor quality. The toilet had low water pressure and every time the room above flushed it sounded like it was mine. The halls are poorly lit and the elevator is loud. Worst of all was the wolf spider that chased me from the bathroom! I now have PTS from that experience since I have an extreme fear of spiders! Never again."

"The staff was friendly, the rate was very economical. When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working, the front desk puts on the first floor close to the desk & laundry. It was a little noisy because of this. We had trouble with our room keys not working, had to change out several times. We never received room service, had to exchange our towels for clean ones at the front desk. Never took part in free breakfast or pool. We have stayed here in the past, not the same. Location is good for shopping...

"I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating except for the amenities (a management issue, not related to the excellent of the staff or facility). There was no automatic coffee maker in the room as well as no disposal cups for use in the bathroom. Visitors were required to obtain coffee or hot water from a dispenser in the lobby. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty - a fact I didn't realize until I using the shower! When I mentioned this later at the front desk, the attendant...

"Convenient because it is close to the airport but also a bit run down in some areas. My first room, the deadbolt wouldn’t work. Luckily the new room had pretty insufficient AC. If you are just sleeping here before another trip it’s fine. The attendant was helpful when things didn’t work with the first room."

"We stayed at the property bc it is close to the airport. There were multiple high school boys sports teams there the weekend we were there.so the pool and workout room were completely full and not available for others to use and lots of running and yelling in the halls. There was only one working elevator so we took the stairs. The biggest issue was that there weren’t enough pillows. We had a king suite with 4 people and there weren’t any pillows for the trundle. With the Grand Rapids Airport close by, this particular hotel was used by various airlines for their overnight accommodations for their crew.. Highly Recommend!"

"I asked for a turndown service and did not receive. I paid for extended checkout and got back to my room and the door was locked and key did not work. If the woman at the front desk wasn't so competent compared to the other staff, I wouldve left a 1 star review."
