"My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. "

"We had bed bugs. Came down to the desk and showed them photos/videos. They said they’d contact us but never did. Asked to speak to manager and was denied. Stay would’ve been fine and if they resolved things this review could’ve been avoided. Shuttle service was down also."

"We stayed in the Nantucket, and it was everything we hoped for and more. A cozy, spotless, stylish little cottage all to ourselves, sitting steps away from the water. We spent mornings and evenings on the porch watching the boats and wildlife in a serene and quiet setting, but restaurants and shopping downtown were just a minute away by car. There was music playing and complimentary wine waiting for us when we opened the door-such a welcoming touch after traveling all day. We just can't say...

"My family and I stayed for only one night. The hotel was clean, and the room felt brand-new, as the property is currently undergoing renovations. The pool area needs better ventilation; it feels very enclosed and has a strong smell of chlorine. The snack area is quite small and offers very few options. The breakfast was the worst part—absolutely horrible—with very limited choices and a cramped layout. But worst of all was the staff. They offered no welcome, didn't smile, weren't friendly,...

The room was nice, we only stayed for one night and got in late but the gentleman at the front desk was awesome and so kind, he let us know we could go in the indoor pool in the morning. We did take advantage of that, and my daughter had an amazing time. It was a nice stay. Nothing fancy just really nice people."
