"Breakfast was good "

"Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. Staff helped me ordered raincoats (as I was heading to Zhangjiajie). The raincoats were delivered to my room via a robot within 25 minutes. Overall, the room is spacious, clean, basic amenities, and a complimentary plate of whole fresh fruits. I didn’t order hotel breakfast as there are many places nearby for less expensive breakfast. Def would stay here again. Highly recommended."

"Air-conditioning is not turned on and window can only open a bit so very stuffy and hot."

"Hotel is walking distance to temple of heaven and subway. Breakfast is plentiful of choices. Free laundry is bonus. The beds we have though hard and bathroom is flooded due to how bath tub was installed, still a good hotel due to staff friendliness and customer service. "

"Room wasn’t clean. The bed was fine but the rest of it was no better than a motel in my opinion. Staff were pretty friendly. But horrible otherwise. Plus the location sucked. Would never stay here again. "
