"Top notch on all levels. The check in was quick and friendly. The roof top bar Stories had fabulous views of the city. The location was convenient. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the view of the city at night was a plus."

"We were not informed when checking In that housekeeping only cleans if you request it. We finally requested it for the next morning but was surprised on our return at the end of the day that our room had not been cleaned at all."

"I chose to pay at the property. I wasn’t aware that the property changed a fee to use a credit card. This wiped out the savings I had by using Expedia. As for the property, it clean no-frills. We stayed there several times before."

"It is definitely an older property. Our air conditioner was broken so we were quite warm duirng our 1 day stay. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk,they said they would make a note of it...no apology, no “we’ll fix it”."
