"Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. "

"Most rooms are windows looking interior, very basic with a very small sizes bathrooms even smaller than you can not imagine with only 2 small sizes soap, no shampoo, no smartTV to watch Netflix or the others and of course NO hot water, l am serious with a lot noises with the kids of the guests shouting at the interior yard‼️If you are not staying at the room 101... It's the only room you can call a nice hotel room with the city view but you have to pay a bit more than double to stay in that...

"The room was big and spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the location is great. The only issue I have weee that the WiFi and the hot water didn’t work in my room. I had to reservations because we traveled from Cali to El Eje Cafetero. The room I had for the first 3 days WiFi didn’t work and the room I had after we came back from El Eje the hot water wasn’t working."

"Room smelt old and musty.No fresh air & not bathroom exhaust. Sheets and towels had stains, no wash cloths available so bring your own if you use them! No microwave in the room! The minibar is so small only fits about 2 bottles of water so it’s not ideal for a long stay. Lastly the shower door swings in instead of out so it was very difficult to bathe a toddler, the only option is getting in with them. Would not recommend for families. Better for solo travelers."

"Yo visite Cali por tres dias , me hospede en este hotel precisamente, porque dice en su pagina que tiene servicio de recogida desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Despues de escrbirle a ellos para dejarle saber de mi llegada, como dice, la,pagina, y sin respuesta, nunca aparecio el servicio de recogida. Cuando llamo al hotel desde su telefono habilitado en su pagina , nunca hubo respuesta. Ellos, al llegar alli , alegan que ese no era el numero del hotel , o sea, la informacion del hotel no esta...
