"The property is lovely on the outside, but drab and in need of a refresh inside. The room was large, but all 3 light sources were clustered near the door with only 1 of the 3, a table lamp, in the bedroom. There were 4 comfortable chairs and a small table, but with no light any where near any of them we could not read or play a card game. We never saw a human rep in the hotel or outside. A sign indicated a restaurant, but, other than an empty outdoor patio, we saw no evidence of it. This was...

"The room was super cute and the bed was comfy but the AC was TERRIBLE. It was so hot in my room and it would not cool down below 22 despite me having it set much lower. It is also evident that the hotel knows about this as there was a tower fan in the room. Overall, loved the location and the hotel itself but the heat made it very hard to sleep."

"The fan in the bathroom did not work. The carpets in the room stank. Parking was overcharged and the price per night was way over what the hotel is worth. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"

"Cheap. And we'll located. Most of the staff were friendly. I needed an extra key and was given it. Mostly basic but all you need."

"Had wrong date and was at Ranchhouse Inn the week before at 310pm asked them to cancel it cause of the wrong booking date then was told had to go through Expedia and when I called them was told it was up to the managers at the Inn. They were told a week before the wrong date of July 19 but I still got billed anyways..not happy. The place could be great but cause of this it won't happen again. Expedia was also no help!!"

"The staff was excellent and everything was clean and well kept. Beautiful hotel. Only recommendation is due to the location of the hotel, it would be best if there was both underground and/or secured parking for vehicles. Also additional staff within the restaurant inside would assist in timely service (although they were very helpful and lovely)."

"Decor is dated and worn. The location is beside a homeless shelter. Several very interesting characters hanging out on the street by the hotel. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!"

"Check in was easy and quick at the front desk. The lobby area was very nice. We had a good bed in our room. In contrast the hallways and room were a huge disappointment. The bathroom was not the one in the series of 5 photos for my booking. It was the smallest bathroom that I have ever seen in a hotel. The room and bathroom have been updated with a coat of white paint. The workmanship in our room and bathroom was not professional in appearance. No carpet nor rug at all. Shards of glass on...
