"I paid for the room a month in advance with situation needing a handicap bathroom/roll in shower. They did not supply me with one, my roommate is an amputee. Very hard for him to use the shower. After going to “4” rooms, They did finally supply a room with a tub with a folded down seat. The rooms were clean, didn’t use any of the amenities. Just disappointed in the bathroom situation."

"This hotel was filthy. I had to take Lysol wipes that I had in my car to wipe down all surfaces including the floors. My room was not cleaned for three of the four nights of our stay, The desk clerk said we had to request it. It was never disclosed to me that this was the process and it was not posted anywhere. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Staff was OK. Parking was OK. "

"The staff were very nice. The room was bare-bones but we were comfortable. It was in a easy to get into the downtown area. We were there for a DPAC concert. If you're not picky and want an economical place to stay for a night or two, this could work."

"I booked a king bed. When we arrived got 2 queen beds. I called front desk first told me I didn't, and then put us in the room I booked. After 20 minutes of the air not working went to front desk and they said going to send someone up. After another 15 minutes moved us to another room with 2 queen beds. I will not stay here ever again."

"They provide the bare minimum. Don’t clean up the rooms during your stay, don’t freshen up the room either. If you happen to need an extra towel you have to go to the lobby to try to get one. Breakfast ran out before ten am. It felt like a hostal in a third world country. Definitely overpriced for the service provided."
