"Great staff made last minute accommodations for 2 couples to be located next to each other in order to help assist one member with physical disabilities. Cafe staff were very friendly and professional. Shuttle driver, Harry, went beyond just driving and helped with wheelchair bound passenger. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I changed three rooms after I arrived. They were all noisy for one reason or another. I am a light sleeper and need a quiet place to sleep. Also, the heater took a lot of time to heat up the room. The restaurant closes after breakfast and opens at 5 for room service. "

"Great friendly staff. Breakfast was good just wish you had a tiny fridge for the milk and yogurt as the ice was melting and did not keep it very cold. But again breakfast was really good. Rooms were nice"

"My only complaint would be the super thin walls/ceilings. I was on the 2nd floor and kids were running around on the 3rd floor for 2-3 hours that night. I stuck it out and didn't make a complaint to the front desk because I know they were kids BUT I feel the front desk should do better when assigning rooms"
