The neighboring properties are disorganized and lacking attention that one would expect when renting an air B and B. There are adjoining houses with living room sofas on the porch, bags of garbage against the house, a mattress on the front lawn, foliage grown over the house, and yards with many vehicles parked (abandoned) on them. "I felt very comfortable at this cottage. My wife and I enjoyed the kitchen and walk in closet. Laundry on site! There were dishes and pots and pans. A microwave and full size oven and refrigerator. It was very clean and it suited our needs perfectly!"
