"My room was not cleaned for three days and the staff accused me of having my do not disturb sign on my door. I was gone everyday until late night so I never used the sign. I had no new towels and had to go to the front desk to ask for additional towels."

"We were disappointed with our stay. The room had a bad smell from the moment we walked in, and the bed was very small and not very comfortable. It did not meet our expectations based on what we booked. We hope the hotel improves the condition of the rooms because there is definitely room for improvement."
