"Inexpensive location to stay in Marathon. The room was cozy with air conditioning, and a living room with a table, kitchen, tv, and couch. No front desk but we were able to check in ahead of schedule. Quick drive to the middle of the Key where there were most of the restaurants. There was a bar walking distance. View of 7 mile bridge from property and Isla Market right down the street."

"We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. A couple of things to keep in mind: this hotel does not have its own beach, but guests can enjoy the beach at the neighboring hotel at no additional cost. "Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

"There was an annoying sound all night I think from the AC. Check our room 336 bc it’s super annoying that sound all night. One of the night lights did not work, to get ice you have to go downstairs. The noise AC, last time the TV was in Spanish mode and super complex just to find a local channel."

"The pictures on the website are not accurate. Grounds do not have a waterfront view. Perhaps a long time an ago there were views but now the bushes/mangroves are tall and overgrown. The public deck near the water is pretty run down with old furniture. Not a nice nor relaxing place to hang out."
