"These boathouses were the coolest part of our vacation. They were spotless upon check in and kitchen area had everything you need for your stay. Having coffee on the back of the house watching the Manatees was an added bonus! Check in was quick and easy. The location is perfect! Publix, along with bars, restaurants and other shopping is close by. "

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."

"Beautiful place with access to their other property. Restaurant on site was excellent, great music at night. Access to marina. Rooms very spacious modern. Pool nice. Breakfast had lots of choices "
