"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "

"The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "It was a free bee night from hotel. com , we was not treated any different, we have book to stray next month , only thing wrong in the room was the tv and the mirror need to be swapped , but that just my opinion as the settee was opposite the mirror , if we took a hot shower or bath , I didn’t know where the ventaxia didn’t work or no paperwork to tell you , how it works , but other wise the room was clean , bedding was clean , love the touch that angie done it "
