"Booked this hotel because it was reasonable and available. Front office staff were pleasant but hard to track down to check in. Door lock to room didn’t work all the time, which staff said was a known issue. Our ground level room was relatively clean but the window was cracked and broken with no screen, making it easy if someone wanted to break in since it was behind the building. Lots of garbage and broken items in and around the parking lot. We were interrupted in the middle of the night by...

"The one star was not for the Westerly, it was for Expedia. You totally messed up the booking!"

"Didn’t even have a smoke detector or ice machine. Wanted to leave as soon as we saw the room. Felt like we had to stand on the edges of the shower because there didn’t feel like there was any support below. Not even on par with the lowest of the budget chains. Don’t waste your vacation time in such a depressing room."

"The layout of the apartment was bad, to get to the bathroom from the 2nd bedroom we had to go through the main bedroom. The drapes were not adequate to block out much light from the streetlight outside. The mattress in the main bedroom was too stiff for her."

"I had a couple of nice conversations with the owners. They are quiet and accommodating. It's a chill spot to rest at and it worth trying out, highly recommend"

"Stacie at front desk was fantastic! Walls and ceilings are Paperthin, but our neighbors were pretty quiet, so we had a pretty good nights sleep!!! Overpriced for what you get, but very good location!!"

"Close to beach but dirty sheets. Expected a lot more but had to settle for what we got. Will stay at different location next time. A renovation is needed to make it more appealing for the clientele to want to come back."
