"- Location is good - The hotel is cleaner - The staff is helpful - The room key stopped working before the check-out time. I needed to call the support number a couple of times to get them to help me reopen the room to get my stuff from it. Once I got them on the phone, they were helpful."

"Stayed over F1 weekend. Very close to train station, which was great, but the housekeeping was lacking. I had the same dirty coffee cup and spoon sit in my room for three days when it should have been replaced daily. Otherwise, an okay stay. Rooms are very tiny so not a lot of room for suitcases ..."
