"The room was well equipped and the location was great (right by the beach and close to the city centre but a bit quieter and close to the airport). The staff were extremely helpful from checking my in to planning excursions, to ordering taxis, and check out. Being able to access the commercial gym nearby was a nice touch to have access to a fully equipped gym. The same day laundry service was helpful as well. The pool was great to enjoy out in the sun.

"スーペリアキングバルコニースイートに３泊しました（エクスペディアの日本語表記は「スーペリア スタジオスイート バルコニー」）。基本的には満足できましたが、ルームサービスで問題があり、正直疲れてしまいました。
・立地：港やエスプラネード、スーパー、土産物屋などから近く申し分なし。
・設備：車寄せからフロントに行くまでに階段あり、重いスーツケースを持って上がるのが少し大変。部屋の設備は古いが清潔。もう少しシャワー水量欲しい。バスタブはひざ下程度までしかなく全身浸かるのは難しい。
・スタッフ：フロントスタッフは親切・丁寧で仕事も早い。日本人スタッフも複数。
・ルーム係：子供含む３人の予約に対し、タオルやカップ、サービスミルクなどが２セットしかなかったり（最初は３セットあった）、そもそも一つもなかったり、金庫が使えない（二日間、計５回もスタッフが来てようやく直った）など、毎日何かしら問題があった。"

"Spent an overnight during peak tourist season. It's a nice resort, about 20 years old with some, but not excessive wear, for its age. Excellent location, excellent property layout with beach access. Room was very good. Buffet breakfast was very good. Free underground parking. My only disappointment was that I booked anticipating use of the outside spa tub but it was closed for some reason (there is a room spa tub, but too confined for me)."

"Loved the warm water in the swimming pool. However, the room we were staying in, C211, was poorly insulated from noise. Every morning and night we were waken by noisy guests in the room next door. Hope if we come back next time we are given a room that is better insulated from noise from adjoining rooms."

"Very nice resort. Clean and the staff are wonderful. It has a beautiful pool. It would be nice to have a hot tub and a gym if possible.
