"Really like UGH - our son goes to UU and this is excellent location to be close to campus. I was disappointed I booked day of and didn’t get a better deal. Definitely over priced at $266/night. Can find much cheaper places in SLC but we were in a bind. Excellent breakfast! "

Had to take a luke warm shower day 1 as there was no hot water. Dried toothpaste on bathroom sink. Maids yelling in the hall early in the morning every day I was there. Their phones going off every few minutes. Banging on the door even though I did not request service. The beds are hard. The pillows are...

"I would have never picked this hotel if it wasn’t for our volleyball team. The hotel has very poor ventilation so it smells like smoke everywhere. Rooms are very outdated even in the newer tower. Floors in the bathroom and carpet in the room very dirty. Hair on the floor and shower. Stains on the carpet. Several times our key didn’t work even after going to the customer service and getting a new card. Overall a solid 2stars."
