"Christopher was a lovely host! The hotel was better than I expected. The outdoor areas for room were a great surprise. My favorite part of the stay was the two spectacular cocker spaniels. I love them."

"this place was the perfect spot to take in the shops, restaurants, bars, and beauty of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The room was well appoinmted with a cute reading nook, clean sheets, and even a split AC unit should we have needed it. The staff were all so kind and welcoming.....not to mention great bakers! Breakfast was wonderful every day, with a baked muffin, and a choice of a sweet or savory meal. Coffee and tea were available all day. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Pros: We loved the location (right in town), the free breakfast was great, the staff were all friendly, and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The elevator didn’t work when we checked in so we had to carry our bags to the 3rd floor. Not the end of the world but not what you expect staying in a new hotel. Our room also smelled like stale cigarette smoke."
