"Convenient location for an overnight sray"

"It is an older building what you lose in age you gain in character. The stairs can be challenging for older people no elevator available. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and when I called downstairs, I was told I had to come down three flights of stairs to get a roll of toilet paper because no one else was around. We had a room with a shared bathroom, but it worked out just fine with the exception that some people left dirty towels on the floor"

"For those looking to be in the center of the Old Port district, the Regency couldn't be better situated. Portland is a walkable city, and the hotel is in an ideal spot. My (standard) room wasn't spacious, but it was clean and attractive. I would recommend to the management that they find a chair that's comfortable for reading, TV, relaxing - mine was unusually uncomfortable. There should also be a small table/desk for one's things, laptop, etc. The hotel's breakfast was superb - a handsome...

"I booked because of the location to the airport. I would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The price was inflated and then I was charged an additional parking fee. Portland is such an easy airport to get to that staying that close is not necessary. I did find it to be clean and the staff friendly."
