"Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...

"The bar staff and restaurant staff were great. We really enjoyed interacting with them. The front desk staff efficient and nice. But, we had a few problems in the room that were addressed after I talked to the desk....after few times. -The air conditioner was so loud and made a big bang when it turned on during the night. -I found mold on our sheets. I told the front desk and they said they would get the housekeeper to change our linens. I asked the housekeeper later she didn't seem to...

"Toilet wasn't clogged but wouldn't flush right our main door had a half inch gap in the corner of it had to put a towel in front of it to keep the bugs out air conditioner worked but looked like it was falling out of the wall . Called and asked staff for wash cloths said they were being washed went to the front desk later in the day lady wrote down the room number said they would take some up later never seen them . View of the bay was great pool was nice."
