"Check in was a nightmare. Booked, had receipt and they would not honour it because they said Hotels.com did not pay them. Waited an hour and a half to get fixed after calling credit card company and Hilton customer service which were completely useless, said there was nothing they could do."

"The room I stayed in smelled stale and mildewy. The fridge was leaking and the floor was sticky. I didn't take my shoes off. The bathroom was unfinished and there was either blood or rust in the tub. I ended up having to book another room the next morning and check in early just so I could get dressed for the wedding I was in town for. Never again."

"The room was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were delicious- sausage, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, grits, pastries, bagels, pancakes and more. Definitely exceeded my expectations. We loved using the Dove hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided by the hotel. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The pool was not operational while we were there so it would be beneficial to call ahead to verify that the pool is open. The location is quiet and remote, but very close to gas stations and fast food. We enjoyed staying here for a couple of days and will return in the future. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. It’s very well maintained."
