"The location of this hotel could not have been better, right on the beach and close to the ferry, stores and restaurants. There were many positives about the hotel including a charming lobby, porches overlooking the main street in front and beach in back with comfortable seating. "The staff was excellent and pleasant. The parking, check in and location were all excellent. The outdoor furniture that was part of my room was really dusty and dirty and I wish I was able to sit and use that part of my room while I was there. The couch in my room was very stained. I do think the staff could wipe down the outdoor furniture that is connected to the rooms. The fruit at the continental breakfast was moldy. I always enjoy the shore house locations so I know the cleanliness mentioned...
