"April 2026, the Comfort Inn is open but is undergoing full renovations. This was not mentioned when we made our reservations. If you have allergies you, or low tolerance of, construction dust, choose another location. We had a newly renovated room, which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient, and breakfast at 6am has always been good. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the last 10+ years. Giving full stars because the renovations will end soon."

"Teenagers were roaming the halls after 11pm at night being obnoxiously loud and burping and I called the front desk who should have shut it down before it even got to that point and I lost it on everyone! I was there for a basketball tournament needed to be awake early for it and was awoken by three teenage boys. It took me forever to get back to sleep and wasn’t an enjoyable experience"

"I think the breakfast could open earlier like 6 I thin the charge for parking for guests is a ripoff. I understand it is near a stadium but as a business person travelin was a first to be charged by the day to pay to stay at the hotel is not right. They would agree otherwise it would be on front page of Expedia add not bidders Sham on you winding "

"My wife and I have been staying here on a yearly basis for many years. We enjoy the quiet, clean rooms, comfortable beds, continental breakfast, locality and the price. One year we had stayed somewhere else in the Brunswick area, because the Traveler's Inn was fully booked, and we were not happy at all. That's why we always comeback to the Traveler's Inn."

"The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Portland Jetport were helpful and accommodating. I arrived right at the end Spring school vacation and they were EXTREMELY busy, but that never stopped them from answering all of my questions and they went out of their way to meet my needs."

"Do not stay here. First room, no heat. Was moved to another room, found a bedbug and a large blood stain on the bed sheet. We stayed in this hotel previously, had a better experience, no issues. I would not stay here again."

"The room was very clean, staff were wonderful, breakfast was very good, pool and hot tub was great! I would suggest not having a room facing the pool as it was very loud until 10pm. Which was understandable since at any given time there were 15-20 kids in the pool. Staff was excellent ! Room was showing signs of age but still clean and comfortable. We will be back! "

"Pros: Very nice staff, breakfast had lots of good choices, fitness room was decent with 3 cardio options and free weights. Cons: Odor of cigarettes in the room, which is strange for 2026! The smell was hard to take. TV didn't work at first and it took several calls to get someone to come look at it."
