"The hotel was great. The only downside is their shuttle service is poor. We waited at the airport for about 30 minutes and gave up on the shuttle and took an uber. We were told you had to wait until check-in to book the shuttle to the port only to be told it was full. Again Uber was the answer. Don’t waste time on the shuttle!!!!"

"This is a new-feeling property, everything is clean and fairly modern. Only real downside is the complete lack of parking. Be prepared to hunt for residential street parking if you don't want to park on the metered street parking out front (and thus have to wake up before 8am to get the meter going to avoid a ticket.) I had good luck parking on Ann Street just 2 short blocks away. It's not a gentrified area, but I felt totally safe walking from my spot to the hotel at 11pm. My car was totally fine. Would definitely come back here again. Really hope they work on that parking."

"This property was in great proximity to restaurants, night life and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Great for a summertime staycation."

"Great location, decent price. Front desk staff was kind, housekeeping was very pushy and demanded tips, even lingered outside the door for a few minutes asking for a tip when we were leaving. I did tip later but didn’t have any cash on me at that moment. Entered our room even with the privacy sign on, attempting to service the room. My partner refused housekeeping at this time, and he told her not to say no and not to close the door. Was scary to myself and my partner. Room was 81 degrees when we came in, just had to pump the a/c for the day and go somewhere else. Room smelled a bit like smoke, but otherwise was very clean which was nice. Breakfast was great. Elevator was out of service. For the location it’s fantastic if you’re needing to be in Bay Ridge. However, I would encourage you to stay somewhere else if you can, you’ll find a similar room for maybe a higher price. "

"Everything seemed outdated. The couch, chair ottoman along with curtains were quite dirty. We wouldn’t sit on them without a cover. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable surprisingly even though the comforter was pretty much a sheet and the ice machine didn’t work on my floor. "
