"Tiny, no-frills room. Great for a short stay in Chicago. Had a few minor issues with the room. The router light located in the bed room is fairly bright which may be an issue for those who struggle to sleep in a room that isn't completely dark. The AC unit in the room I was given was also not working (which for me didn't end up being an issue as it was fresh outside, so opening a window did the trick. "Great price for the location. Common areas are beautiful. The rooms are ok. One of the staff members was great. She went out of her way to help and offer suggestions. The rest of the staff we encountered were hard to find and not particularly motivated to be helpful. It took 30 minutes to get someone to check our bags for early arrival. "
