"Room was spacious enough considering what people say about other hotels in NYC. Staff was as friendly as you will get in NYC, they were courteous changed me from a king to 2 queens per my request without a hitch. Also, the room they originally gave me the carpet was still damp and they just sent me 2 keys for another room immediately and were apologetic. I was very impressed with their service. Also, left our luggages with the bell service since we got to the hotel in the morning and left it...

"Would have given 5 stars but for the A/C in the room. The temperature was too hot. I’d hate to stay there in the summer months. If they fixed that to be colder this hotel would be perfect. Didn’t have any of the problems listed in some of the reviews but agree the a/c unit needs some serious work. The size of the rooms is what you should expect in NYC and the breakfast bar was a standard hot breakfast and glad they informed about the best time to go to breakfast. Go early for less crowds-again...

"By far the best hotel I've stayed in! The location is ideal and so close to local shops/restaurants, Times Sq, Broadway etc. Various subway locations just walking distance also. We arrived at 1.30pm and were able to check in and refresh before heading out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, also very helpful with questions. I would highly reccomend this hotel!"

"The room was a good size with a nice bathroom - all very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the restaurant is fairly small and so it can get very busy. Staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The only slight issue was with the lift - it’s a fairly busy hotel with 40+ floors and just 3 lifts. This did mean a fair amount of waiting on lifts but I guess it can’t be helped given the size of the building. All in all - a good stay. Would recommend."
