"We were travelling to Vancouver and had a long day ahead of us. Up at 4 in the morning and NO hot water for showers. Called the front desk and no answer. Went to check out had to wait for the staff to come in from outside. Gave us a card to call the manager about the cold showers, left him a message and has never returned our call. A very noisy hotel if you just want a good night sleep before travelling."

"This hotel is newly renovated but it is still a bit run down. The room was clean but details such as the vents were very dusty and the wall paper was peeling. The breakfast was subpar. Overall, it was adequate for a night but I wouldn’t stay again."

"The bed and pillows were so comfy. Got some much needed rest. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Local shopping convenient. The staff were so helpful arranging our shuttle to the airport the next day. Overall a very good stay."
