"The thermostat is not adjustable. They told us this upon check-in. Room was too warm, made it uncomfortable. Everything else was great. Clean room, very large and excellent view."

"The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. No musky smells in room or hallway. Gym equipment was broken or disassembled. Used local gym membership instead. Shower had peeling white paint but worked fine. Hotel room overall was okay, softness of the bed and no weird smells made it good."

"While the staff and valet were very nice the overall experience wasn't the best. Unfortunately for me the scent used in the lobby or bar area was overpowering. It was also disappointing that the pool was not open for guests. And while I understand every hotel is different the fact that breakfast was priced per person seemed a little much."

"Stayed here for two night solo on a country motorcycle wander. Great value for the money. Room was spacious and very clean. Comfy beds, pillows and blankets. Good towels. WiFi was a little slow at the end where I was, but my AT&T 5G was zinging. All of the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, especially the gals at the front desk. I like that it is a hotel and everything is inside once you’re in. Nice indoor pool. Restaurant and a small store. I used their laundry machines and they were spotless clean…I am super about washing clothes. I found a nice place to park my bike out of the wind and sight. Walmart and Whole Foods are easily walkable. 10+ GOOD restaurants in the very close area. This was my second time here and I’d stay here again."

"My older mother and I had been driving across country and were looking forward ti a great place to stay. We’d had a moving truck, but were willing to pay for it to park in the lot. Upon arrival, we’d realized there were literally maybe two open spots in the lot. After asking were we could park, we were told to across the street. However, we were told we couldn’t have the truck park there. I’d called the hotel so I didn’t have to leave the truck and my mom. After 25 minutes on hold (the manager was on break and they couldn’t get a hold of him), I went inside. The manager was standing at the desk. I saw him go outside and look at the parking lot and talk to a few other people - I was ignored. After I went back up to the desk and he said he couldn’t do anything for me, so rudely. As though I had done something wrong. They were hosting a huge event and the people attending had priority for parking spots. It took us three hours to find another room as many were taken and hotels were filling up faster than we could get to them. We were so disappointed that there was NOTHING they would do for us (find another room, a credit, or other accommodations). Won’t be staying at a Hyatt ever."
