"I travel to Colorado Springs every year. this is my 3rd year staying at the Academy hotel. It is conveniently located, friendly staff, nice pool, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Lots of restaurant options close by. Only issue was over the course of a week I killed 3 bugs in my room."

"What a cute spot! The main lodge is beautiful with excellent service, a gift shop, and dining. Our room was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the playground and pool area. Parking was easy and close to our room. (Note, no elevators for the 2nd floor). "

"Pleasantly surprised. If I am ever back in Regina I would stay here again. Staff saw us leaving early before breakfast and told us to go in as they were setting up and grab something to eat before our long drive to Toronto. "

"I had been pleasantly and patiently waiting in line at the hotel desk for about 10 minutes. The time was 4pm and I had been on the road for my max of 8 hours a day. (In my youth, I could easily and comfortably drive 12 hours a day... at 64 years old, 8 hours is my max). Anyway, after patiently observing the other travers/hotel guests around me, I wanted to give the hotel clerk a hug. He has to deal with so many unnecessarily angry people. He's just doing his job.
