"Booked a 1st floor King room THREE days in advance due to hip surgery. Expedia apparently doesn't inform the property of these requests. I get a return confirmation for a queen room. Okay, no major issue, right? WRONG!!!!!!! We get to the property and was ignored by the front desk attendant for about a minute while I was standing right in front of him. Apparently what he was doing on his phone was way more important than doing his job. I finally spoke first and the first words to come out of...

"Don't let the empty parking lot visible from the road fool you, as it did me, as the hotel lobby is around the back of the property. Anyway, great hotel, super nice staff, clean rooms, nice pool. All in all, a great stay. *I do need to comment on the breakfast since so many reviews raved about it...I actually found it to be quite standard hotel fare. Nothing special. I do appreciate that they use real tableware and not plastic! :)"

"I stay @ several marriott I was very disappointed my bathroom was not properly clean and the closet was dirty on the wall bathroom toilet and toilet paper holder is broke And the staff was not very friendly I was just disappointed but the location is great"

"It was clean and the front desk check-in and check-out staff were very nice. When I asked for a shuttle, the very nice front desk staff got yelled at by her manager (S—) right in front of me. I guess she radioed someone they don’t want driving. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing for her as well. Not very professional. Breakfast was fine except the milk was curdled and no pancake machine 😢. Luckily, I put it in my coffee and didn’t just drink it out of the carton. The bed was comfortable,...
