"Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Balcony with two chairs. Two pools but we did not use them. Breakfast was good enough. Not hot foods but waffle maker and cereals and pastries, etc. Very affordable rates. No telephone in rooms? TV didn't work well and confusing to operate. Bath/shower could use safety bars."

"We had a positive experience at this hotel and would definitely stay there again if ever in the area. The room was clean and spacious; the beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great (eggs, sausage), the staff was accommodating and friendly, parking was available right outside our door. The only issues we had were: ** The toilet in the room had to be flushed multiple times to clear it which was an issue ** and the lighting in the room seemed a little dim. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the quiet on‑site bar with its great drink selection and ended up visiting every night except Sunday when it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, which was a bit confusing, but not a deal‑breaker. We loved that the property is tucked away from downtown yet still close enough to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Gatlinburg! The hot breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of options that accommodated both adults and kids. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to the Smokies! M.B."

"It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."

"Really good view of the Island Ferris Wheel and mountains. Staff was nice and friendly when arriving back to the hotel. Make sure to bring your own bananas for breakfast since none are at the breakfast buffet, overall a good breakfast though! Indoor pool was the right temperature and jacuzzi worked! 9/10 recommend to stay here! :)"

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."
