"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The room was not clean and there were used condoms hanging from a lamp in the room. The staff was notified and they were also mortified. They gave me another room with ripped carpeting, but at least it was clean. I would not stay at this chain ever again. I hate to write a negative review, but thought warming others was that important."

While the amenities are fairly basic, the property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very well run. "The property is in definite need of a remodel. It is tired looking and even only had one elevator working for 9 floors of customers. The good news is there were renderings on the wall with the new look, hopefully that’s coming soon because the property looks very dated and old. I personally wouldn’t stay there again until the remodel is complete. They should also have coffee makers in each room, that was another miss."

Was told that because it was listed as "pay at property" they didn't have to guarantee anything and I was lucky to even have a room. They gave me a key and air freshener spray and sent me to room 117. It was filthy. Burn holes in the bedding, stains on the linens, a window so caked with crud that you couldn't see out of it.
