The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. On the 2nd day we got a massive leak and maintenance said that that’s the room they having issues with leaks and they can’t fix it.The room also was very outdated with the tv only being able to stream YouTube. "A pair of my shorts fell from my balcony, and I immediately notified hotel staff, clearly explaining the exact location where the item had landed. I was initially told by staff that nothing had been found. However, after I insisted and reiterated the precise location, the same item was suddenly “found” and returned by the same staff who had previously denied seeing it.
