"First off, we end up killing two flying roaches during our stay. Secondly, the phone was out the entire stay. I had to contact front desk via cell. Thirdly, we had no WIFI the first day. We finally got it the last stay. Also, no cable until the last day. View was nice from balcony. I would also point out that front desk could be more attentive and inviting. Maybe my expectations are too high being a Marriott Owner."

I like how they're complimentary breakfast was not just a series of cereals and cold cuts, but was actually cooked. Small, but appreciated and with a lovely view. "Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct. "So we were disappointed. It was not as expected from the pictures. Let me start by saying, it is a great location for restaurants, shopping and if you’re going to use the ferry, which is across the street. However, the hotel is very old and it’s run down.
