"The continental breakfast was not the best. Sausage cold and different looking, not too good. Eggs were okay. The elevator was warm and smelled of oil or something, stunk. House keeping were not very friendly, said, Hi and no response."

"I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. "We go every year, and this year was completely different. Usually we get there and staff at front desk is attentive and on it. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in. "Be prepared to pay for everything including parking. You have to buy a parking pass and then 20 dollars a night. I couldn't find any ice machines."

"We arrived for check in and upon walking in I was overcome by nausiatingly horrible smell. It was so intense and awful that as I was handing my license to the teenager behind the counter, I needed to make a break for it to the bathroom. I had to leave the facility and have my daughter (adult) return to collect my license so we could leave. The place not only smelled but also seems very run down. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!"

"Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay."
