"It's Dale's home and he treats everyone with kindness and great hospitality. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Great Yarmouth. Positives: Dale's down to earth approach Clean rooms Nice fellow residents! Maybe we were lucky ha. Fridge in room! Great location Fast wifi Lots of free parking Nice breakfast Not so positive: Some of the bedding and towels may be due for a renewal but plenty were provided."

"Jean is a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was lovely too. The B&B is so close to a beautiful beach, we went every morning for a stroll after our hearty breakfast and watched the seals, absolutely stunning. "

"Only booked at short notice as I decided to extend my trip and my previous hotel was very expensive for the extra night. I'm glad I did. Lovely little place, plenty of little touches that the big chains forget such as biscuits and hot chocolate being readily available. Only met the owners briefly but they seemed very friendly and were flexible with me arriving late. Slept very well indeed, though made the mistake of leaving the window wide open as it was too warm the previous night, which made...
