"The staff was exceptional. Very attentive and kind. We felt they went above and beyond for us! Panos our driver was accommodating, informative, fun and treated us with incredible respect and such kindness. His ability to engage in conversation and add information was seamless and made us feel like he loved his job! He had such great information to share. Our rooms were super clean and the cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile and a hello. We loved our stay. The food was top...

"Super Hotel!"

"Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not 5-star quality This hotel is supposedly a 5-star property, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant, and we even found pests inside. What was particularly disappointing was the way the staff handled the situation. Despite bringing the pest issue to their attention, there was no proper response or serious effort to address the problem....

"Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel était gentil et attentionné. Les chambres sont un peu petites pour un 5 étoiles. J'aurais aimé un sofa, plus confortable que 2 chaises et la douche devrait être rénovée, car l'eau coulait sur le plancher. La nourriture était bonne, quoique redondante. L'hôtel est bien situé, belle plage et très apprécié pouvoir prendre de longues marches."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good. Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped."

"Fantastic hotel with superb staff! Excellent food choices in the buffet, street food and a la cartes. Lovely ambience in the hotel with a relaxed feel. Excellent bedroom with a lovely view, thoroughly recommend and we will be visiting again ! Great bars with excellent cocktails. Loads of people we spoke to were repeat visitors, including one couple who were there for their eighth time in four years…this says it all to be honest!"
