"We stayed at Volcano View Hotel after renting a car and driving from the airport. Overall this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. The view is magical, especially if your room faces the ocean. The pool area is beautifully designed: you can swim, relax, and sunbathe while looking out at the ocean through the glass. Our room was very nice, fresh, clean, and comfortable. "Overall this property and the staff were beautiful and amazing. I did have a few issues 1.My room pool wasn't cleaned everyday (leaves and wind debris. 2. I went out two days all day and my room wasn't cleaned when I returned 3. The minibar attendant and the maids would come in the room anytime without waiting for me to say come in. I never experienced this in a hotel before. 4. There was a extra charge of 15 Euros a day at check out. for what? Even with these 4 issues I would stay...

"The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel. "Atrion was an excellent location for us!! We found the staff to be overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, from the Front Desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and was very comfortable. Importantly, there were several power outlets as well. The safe was newer and was very easy to operate. I would gladly return and have no hesitation in recommending it highly. A huge “Thank You” to all the staff at Hotel Atrion!!"
