"Firstly, Albina at reception was exceptional. Super friendly, always happy to help, and all her suggestions were 10/10. Don’t know what we’d have done without her input. The hotel is great, all the staff are lovely, pool is clean and the bar is great vibes. Only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because; 1) we had ants crawling in our bed, harmless but tickley, 2) there’s no dinner at the pool-bar, so essentially there’s no vibe in the evening. "Our stay was amazing as this is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the view is like no other. We were disappointed in our room as it was advertised for two people but clearly could only fit one. There was no place for our luggage and though they tried to change the room, they not able to due to capacity. We were disappointed in our room and happy it was just for one night.
