"The room was clean but they need to deep clean and just buy new sheets for the beds. It’s to many spots on them.
Also doors were dirty well the bathroom door was really dirty with spots and the shower needs to be cleaner, like the walls at the top of the ceiling. I had to kill spiders"

"This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge.
On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...

"Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?"

"This is a fantastic hotel considering the location. Seems like it belonged downtown in a big city. Was pretty blown away to find what was basically a full kitchen. Bed and other furniture was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked incredibly well. VERY clean.
