"There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it. The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt."

So I assumed it was cancelled because no correspondence was sent, such as a know before you go. I was still charged even though there was no record anymore of my reservation and I am still disputing the charge."
