"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. "

"The room smelled horrible.(ethnic cooking smell!) It was close by the exit and very noisy. People went in and out the door until 3 am. "

"The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...

"First impression driving into the parking lot was not good. It contained many broken down vehicles and some even sitting on blocks. Inside the lobby was fine and our room was clean, but very outdated. No blackout curtains and no hair dryer. Hallway smelled like weed and the breakfast is pre-packaged Honey Buns."

"The pictures are deceiving. This place is in need of an major update. The rooms were good size but there were holes in the wall, shower door would not stay closed, and smelt like mold. I found a piece of glass in the pool, and the WiFi is horrible. The breakfast was surprisingly good though!"

"Breakfast was not that great. Building is worn down. The room was fine. Workout room was closed. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Hubby really liked how the river was right behind the hotel, walked down every morning to go fishing. Got the room with a jacuzzi. Only down side the hard wood floor was a little dirty. Could use a couple of rounds of mopping, we had to wipe our feet every night before bed. Also wish they had instructions on how to use the stove top. Ours kept popping up with an error message. We gave up. But other than those small details we would love to come back."

"Worst hotel I have stayed at. Booked many months in advance as they offered a 24hour desk service, 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport, and breakfast. None of these services were available which was apparent from landing at the airport and having no response from the desk. Making my way there by other means I found a very tired looking hotel in a terrible state of disrepair. In the morning there was no breakfast option and no shuttle which again I was banking on. Do not recommend "
