"I stopped for one night and it was a great place to stay. Nice staff, nice area and no disturbances. Great price, would recommend!"

"Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned."

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Did not get a sofa bed in the room. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and there were mostly empty containers. This was not the fault of the employee. She was trying to keep the food stocked, tables clean, and run the front desk. She was stretched was too thin. We have stayed at this hotel many times to go shopping, not sure if I will book this hotel again."

"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."

"This was an awful stay, we had two rooms as our elderly parent was with us. It was July 6th and the outdoor pool had not been opened. The rooms were ‘non smoking’ but smelled like cigarettes and the hallways smelled worse. The hallways were filthy, the carpet and floors in the rooms were disgusting. There was dirty laundry left on the chair from a previous guest. There was not a glass or even styrofoam cup to use for water. The drawers in the dresser would not stay closed. The wood...
