"リゾート内や部屋はそこまで清潔感は感じませんでしたが、海の綺麗さや自然に触れ合い、非常に満足しました。"

"Was never given the drink vouchers or the upgrade. I ended up paying for the upgrade for a view."

"Very good location."

"Very conveniently located. Spacious rooms."

"Clean and in the middle of the city. Short walks too."

"Locality perfect for walking to the wharf for reef excursions. And the CBD. Only stayed for one night but the facilities (pools etc) looked amazing. Desk staff were lovely."

"Location was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The property itself needs upgrading. For the price of a 4 star hotel it didn't deliver. I stayed 5 nights to only be told on arrival that there would be no room service and you have to discard your own rubbish. The spa wasn't working and the pool had to be closed for 2 days. The carpet smells mouldy, especially in the hallways. My room didn't meet my expectations, with outdated furnishings and the shower inside the bath tub....

"Beautiful, newly renovated room overlooking the water. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great location close to the boardwalk and restaurant. Close 10-minute drive to the airport. Perfect stay!"

"Alles super, gerne wieder"

Hotel room was modern, spacious and clean and the amenities were very appreciated. The barista coffee station where you can make yourself a great coffee and enjoy it right there sitting comfortably in chairs or...

"Friendly staff Breakfast not to the standard you would expect from the Hotel brand. Rooms were aged but maintained well. Room could have been cleaned better, there was hair in the shower and diamonties on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. Advertised with mini bar, the fridge was empty, no complimentary milk or Tea/Coffee/Water. There was a coffee pod machine however. Rooms are advertised as sound proof, this is not the case. There is lots of road noise and external noises that carry...

"Bathrooms weren’t cleaned before arrival and little ants in room. Staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was good. Understand you get what you pay for but at least wish the toilet was flushed and old bars of soap removed."
