"The maintenance man is why this has the higher rated stars. The first night, my room had ZERO air in late June. I was checked in by Security (she was nice). The second room the TV did not work. Maintenance to the rescue. Everything is plugged by a heavy duty extension cord. WiFi is horrible! The property is clean. I felt safe. But the front desk staff is not the stellar service I experienced staying here in 2024. BEWARE of the $150 deposit in addition to your room per booking. I needed to stay...

"This was a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate any request. I really appreciated all the staff and how hard they work. I would definitely stay here again. It's close to all shopping, amusement parks and plenty of dining options close by within walking distance."

"Wear and tear not taken care of in hotel, fridge didnt work and beds were not comfortable. However kids liked putt putt and pool but two of my three were not tall enough for slide."

"Would definitely stay again. We were able to stay in 1 room as a family of 6. We enjoyed every minute of the short walk to old town/fun spot, the 24 hour pool, breakfast. It was great. 1 thing we did not enjoy was the wait time for the elevator. We took the stairs most of the time as we were only on the 2nd floor."

"I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. Initially, the property and our room seemed decent and relatively clean. However, things took a turn when I found a small cockroach in one of the drawers. We decided to stay anyway, which turned out to be a mistake. The next morning, my girlfriend found a large, dead bed bug on the bed. To the hotel's credit, the staff was incredibly nice and immediately moved us to a new room, which was clean and pest-free.
