The phone number listed on the reservation went straight to voicemail without a call back ever. I spent nearly 2 hours teying to figure out what I needed to do to check in, then calling Orbitz customer support and talkking with a rep and a supervisor and then finding another place to stay at the last minute. And when we messaged the proprietors early the first morning to request a refund (the smell was that unbearable), they claimed, falsely, that they'd never heard from us.
