"I had a wonderful stay at The Outlook Lodge in Green Mountain Falls. The room was so quaint, cozy, and well-maintained—ideal for a solo traveler looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind. One of the standout features for me was having access to the guest laundry facilities. Being able to wash a load of clothes during my trip was so convenient and made traveling light that much easier. The lodge has a charming, homey feel while providing modern comforts. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Big space under the door, had to block it with the bath mat. Sink in living area drained really slow. Had to be careful with that. Plastic shower curtain lining was missing. Water pressure was fine. Breakfast was so-so. Nothing special. Too long of a line to wait for an omelette. Elevator buttons were wonky, could use an upgrade there. Parking system was hard to deal with and staff were unable to help as it is not connected to Hilton."

"The property is big and spread out (and on hills) so we were put in a different building from our friends, but loved how the outdoor pool and hot tub were a central location for the families to gather. The rooms were clean and tidy, had basic amenities, nothing special in that department. We had a very unlucky experience where one of the HVAC pipes broke in the ceiling of our room, and we had to be relocated which was a huge inconvenience because it happened first thing in the morning, BUT the staff handled it professionally and quickly, and got us moved into a new room while they cleaned up the spillage. They did a great job handling the situation dgiven the super unlucky circumstances on a Monday morning. I will go back here again because of how family-friendly and attentive the staff were to our experience. It’s a great location and beautiful views, food was limited in variety but tasty."
