"The room was clean however, it really needs some updates. There was only 1 plug in the bathroom area and you had to bring the coffee pot to the plug. It was a bit noisy at night as our room was right next to the freeway. There were no USB type ports in the room so if you did not bring an adapter, you were out of luck. The grab and go breakfast a joke. There was a coffee machine but the food choices were very limited, mostly prepackaged waffles, donuts and fruit, some yogurt choices but not...

"Bad cleaning since I found leftover food and milk in the fridge, amenities are old and mostly broken. The sheets are thin so I’m cold at night. Staff is not at the front desk and let me wait outside at midnight… feeling so terrible and no breakfast at all, only several snacks. I finally leave early and have breakfast somewhere. So bad impression of Seatle"

"The staff was amazing! 10/10 so kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were a little out dated but the fact that it was 24 hours made it worth it! The hotel room was great! Elevator was a little sketchy but breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!"

"For the price I did not expect torn fabric on the chair, chipped finish on all wood furniture. Bathroom grout had visible dirt and anything below the toilet looked like it had been mopped with dirty water. Floor trim was disgusting."

"Premium king room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Noise from hallway heard very clearly inside the room. Breakfast was basic but appreciated. Eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, congee, coffee and milk."

"A step above not sleeping in my car. Walls are paper thin. Very unpleasant smells in the hallway and room. Clean but not kept up. Definitely not worth the $175 I paid for the room."

"Will definitely be staying here again for all future travels to Seattle. We are a family of 4, traveling with young children and had all the amenities we needed. Nearby park less then a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Great selection for the inclusive breakfast in the mornings."

"We stayed almost 3 weeks. 2 nights before our completed stay my son was told bt management we needed to check out a day early. We were paid for 21 days. We only stayed 20. The front desk girl was rude, we had to call the police and then WE were trespassed. It was a very uncomfortable experience...people offering fentanyl n showing off guns in the parking lot. Will NEVER return even after our trespass is up..poor management 😕"

"The hotel seemed older but going through renovations. The staff seemed annoyed to be at work but they did make sure to have a schedule for our shuttle. It was nice being close to the airport and that they had a shuttle for 3am pickup! The hotel was overall clean and nice for a quick stay. Love that they have free breakfast."
