"The room was clean. However, it says that is a No Smoking hotel and there was a heavy cigarette smell in many areas, let alone Marijuana smell very strong in the hallways, very uncomfortable. They do not provide breakfast as advertised, it's just coffee & tea. But room was clean, free of smells and staff was very friendly and courteous."

"There was no pool and hasn’t been working since 2020. That was a huge disappointment. I chose this hotel because it had a pool. We didn’t get two beds as requested, apparently the hotel was overbooked. The hallway smelled of pot and our last of three days the water wasn’t working due to a major water leak. The construction going on in the lobby was quite a mess and very uninviting. Staff was pleasant though, that was the best quality of all."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Pictures are photoshopped/ the reality is horrible. Carpet not been vacuumed and had loose debris as well as stains/fraying. No vacuum to use except hand vac. Hair stuck to the floor/cabinets in both bathrooms, and mold in the caulk in the floor and bathtub as well as rust in the medicine cabinet. Bathroom countertops and marble floor had permanent stains. The beds were foam and sunk to the boards underneath. The pillowcases had not been washed well and still smelled. After...

"This was a nightmare. The pool was so filthy you couldn’t see your feet. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was not working the entire time we were there. They don’t have proper luggage carts. A member of housekeeping barged into our room unannounced around midnight with a barking dog, clearly unaware the room was occupied. If I could get my money back, I would. They offered points.."
