"This was NOT the hotel I meant to stay in. I was booking for Holiday Inn & Suites at Glorietta in Makati and somehow booked to the one in Quezon City. "Overall it is a nice getaway for a family/group. We stayed in a 4 bedroom suite for a family of 6. The only thing that is not good is the reception area. Upon arrival for a supposed check in at 3pm we have to wait for almost an hour for our room (mind you, I booked the hotel months ahead) and upon checking out, I have to remind the receptionist for the 2k pesos incidental fees, for which I have to wait longer before he clears us to check out. "The unit is clean and smells good. I just have some suggestions. Improve on your cutlery, shampoo and body wash is not sufficient. I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers.
