"All the staff were courteous. The room I got at the villa was spacious & very comfortable. Loved the huge pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent but it would be nice to have a couple more dishes to choose."

"Great bed and bedding. Some confusion about room readiness at check in, despite being booked months in advance. Location great for airport - except it would help a lot if the walking route (over an enclosed footbridge) was prominent when booking. Easy access to the Newport Mall for for and other choices (good given the steep price of food in the hotel)"

"Absolutely Perfect!
From the moment I walked into the room, I was impressed. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and smelled fresh and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable from soft linens, fluffy pillows, and the perfect mattress that made it hard to get up in the morning!"
