"quick checkin...room is standard...no toilet paper, no wash cloth provided, comforter cover had tears...food seeved at breakfast buffet wasn't for breakfast, more like leftover dinner from last night's seminar...half of the pool full of algae like pool guy just cleans half of it & neglects to clean the other half"

"The property is well located in central Quezon city. Just below the hotel is a shopping center, 3 minutes walk to MRT station. Amenities are excellent with good size swimming pool, fast internet. Excellent local and international TV channels, with Netflix and Youtube. Breakfast is great with a lot of choices, local and continental. Staff are very helpful and courteous, serves with a smile - consistent to a well known Filipino virtue of being hospitable."

"Love this place. Very nice remodeled showers in the bathrooms. Took away the tall bathtubs that is hard to get into and that no one ever uses. Very hospitable front desk staff and exceptional housekeepers. Very prompt. Rooms and bathrooms are always spotless which is very important. I just wish they still had the restaurant in the main level. I miss their breakfast buffet. We shall see you again next year!"

"Breakfast was quite tasty. That was the best part. Room was meh. AC not strong enough, felt humid and muggy entire stay, had to ask maintenance to check AC filters. Room was booked for 2, and only one set of everything was provided and then on checkout, they had audacity to say there’s a missing robe. Like seriously? Toiletries were small and again, one tiny bottle of each provided. Had to purchase on own. Showers were terrible. Every ten seconds, the water temperature would change from...
