"I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city. "

"Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "

"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

"I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood. What I did not appreciate was the tenor of the persons tone as he threatened a few times to "call the cops," even after I assured him that I had reached my family member. "Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though."
