We have stay at the Cliffside every year for our family trips and quick getaways. We have never had any issues until now. This time around we were not happy with the room and amenities.
Here are the list of issues :
The bed sheets, the pillow cases smell like curry
The twin beds were uncomfortable
There was carpet in both bedrooms, the carpets smell and were dirty
The lack of supplies, not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent for a 5 night stay
The outdoor patios metal tables and chairs were rusted and had no cushions.
The stoves are small and come with two burners, one was not working .
Pool towels, you have to go to the pool club to returned them instead of getting new ones clean ones by the lifeguard . In the past you exchanged dirty ones with clean ones without going to the office .
